When first contacted by Hire Image and Bottom Line Technologies I was asked how to eliminate the use of paper from their investigations company. Using a web based interface, we created a system for them that allows clients to submit information requests and retrieve the results online allowing all files to be kept in an online database rather then in the office. The system has reduced operation costs and allowed for clients to have a much faster turn around time for data retrieval. Recently we have kicked off a web based marketing campaign to drive targeted traffic to their web site.
